NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: This amount is non-refundable. In case of cancellation or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged. We offer the possibility of changing dates if there is availability on our facility's calendar


REFUNDABLE RATE: The amount is fully refundable in case of cancellation. Cancellation of the reservation can be made up to 7 days prior to the check-in date. If cancelled after the 7 days period, the full amount will be charged.
